The location is superb, just two minutes from my best friend’s house, making it so convenient for my annual visits. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast overseer worked diligently to keep everything stocked. Just be prepared for some check-in confusion and the occasional noise from nearby elevators. Still, a solid choice overall!

This place perfectly fits my needs with free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first visit, the staff assisted me with a late check-in, a nice gesture. I highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time with friends! We loved visiting the World Golf Hall of Fame and chilling at Anastasia State Park. The hotel is conveniently close to attractions, making it easy to explore. The breakfast was decent, and the rooms were comfortable enough for us to unwind after a long day.

Check-in was pretty rough. The staff was unfriendly and we had to wait a bit to get our room. This could definitely be improved for future guests.

Booked a shuttle to downtown, but they only run from 9-11 AM. Plus, the front desk's info on transportation was a bit misleading—simple communication would’ve made things easier. Still, the view from the hotel wasn't a total bummer!

The location near downtown St Augustine is a huge plus. It made exploring easy. The breakfast area felt welcoming with its cozy fireplace. Enjoyed a hearty morning meal which was nicely stocked. Had good coffee too. Our room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping could have been better. found dust on the walls. Check-in was a bit slow, a little disorganized. The gym wasn’t open during my stay, which was disappointing. Another downside was the pool area. it needed some maintenance. Overall, the friendly staff made up for some of the issues, but the inconsistency in service stood out.
